2. Do you sell complete model train sets, or just components?
We focus on providing the high-quality components and accessories that bring your miniature world to life. Our inventory includes DCC systems, decoders, backdrops, ballast, foliage, and much more. We do not typically sell complete train sets, but we have everything you need to build, customize, and enhance your layout.
3. Are your Gundam models and board games suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We cater to hobbyists of all skill levels. Our selection of Gundam models and strategic board games ranges from beginner-friendly kits and games to more complex options for experienced builders and players. Look for product descriptions that indicate difficulty level.

While creating an account allows you to track orders and save preferences, it’s not mandatory. You can check out as a guest. However, an account makes the process faster for future purchases and helps us provide you with better service.

We are proud to ship to a global community of creators! We offer worldwide delivery, excluding Asia and a few remote areas due to logistical constraints.

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery is typically within 10-15 business days after a 1-2 day processing period. Perfect for when you need those specific items quickly.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after processing. Ideal for larger orders and planned projects.
10. My order is taking longer than estimated. What should I do?
All delivery times are estimates. While rare, delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing or seasonal high demand, especially during holidays.
