Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • DCC Decoders & DCC Systems (due to technical compatibility and software licensing)
  • Clearance Items (as these are heavily discounted and final sale)
  • Opened Software or Gaming Accessories (for copyright and hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Process

  • If you are exchanging an item for a different product, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
