We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to bring our quality hobby products right to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (your order number).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specific nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • DCC Decoders & DCC Systems: Due to technical compatibility issues and software licensing.
  • Clearance Items: These are heavily discounted and marked as final sale.
  • Opened Software or Gaming Accessories: For copyright and hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new product to you once the original returned item has been received and inspected. Additional shipping charges may apply for the new shipment.
