We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of colors will exactly match the product.

Some items may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Clearance policy, meaning they are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

• It is in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• DCC Decoders & DCC Systems (due to technical compatibility and software licensing)
• Clearance Items (heavily discounted products)
• Opened Software or Gaming Accessories (for copyright and hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made products

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
